The 4-hour board member certification, built into your compliance software
Every newly elected or appointed condominium director in Florida has to complete a state-approved education course. HB 1021 raised that requirement to a four-hour curriculum, and directors who do not complete it in time are suspended from the board.

Our course has not yet been approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Until it is, directors should complete a currently approved provider's course to satisfy the requirement. We will say so here the moment that changes.
