How can we help you?

Browse our instruction manual below to learn how to manage your building's compliance, upload files, and invite tenants.

1. Getting Started

The Compliance Progress Bar

When you first log in, you will see a percentage bar across the top of your dashboard. This dictates what percentage of your required Florida HB 1021 documents have been uploaded. To reach 100%, you must upload at least one valid document to every required category on the checklist.

If an item does not apply to your building (for example, if your building is not tall enough to require a Milestone Inspection), simply click the "Mark N/A" button next to the requirement to legally exempt it from your calculations.

2. Uploading & Managing Documents

Initial Upload

To satisfy a requirement, click the blue "Upload" button next to the respective row. Select your PDF or Image file from your computer. Once the upload finishes, the row will turn green and read "Verified".

Uploading Historical Documents (e.g. Bank Statements)

For recurring items such as Monthly Bank Statements or Annual Budgets, you can upload infinite documents without destroying the old ones.

Once the first document is uploaded, the main upload button is replaced by a "Manage History" button. Click this to open your building's full historical document library for that specific requirement. Inside this window, you can click "Upload New Document" to add your next month's statement directly above the old ones!

3. Adding Board Members & Tenants

Difference in Roles

Board Members have full admin access. They can upload documents, mark requirements as N/A, and invite other users.
Tenants (Unit Owners) have read-only access. When they log in, all upload buttons are hidden. They can safely view documents without being able to arbitrarily edit them.

Sending Invites

At the top right of your Board Dashboard, click "Manage Access & Invites". Enter the email addresses of the owners or board members you wish to invite, select their role, and click Send. The platform will automatically email them a secure, magic "One-Click Login" link to access your building's portal!

4. Board Education & Video Meetings

Board Education Tracker

Florida State Law requires every board member to sign a certification form. Under the "Board Education" tab, click the "+ Add Board Member" button to dynamically create an empty slot for that new board member. Then, upload their signed certificate into that slot.

Video Recordings

Because video files (MP4s, Zoom recordings) are extremely massive, our platform uses YouTube logic to store them. First, upload your video to a free hosting site (like a private YouTube link or Google Drive). Then, copy that link and paste it into the "Add New Video Recording" box on our Meetings tab.
