1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Florida 1021 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Florida 1021 provides a platform for condo associations and building managers to store, organize, and share documents conformant with Florida HB 1021 regulations. We are a software provider and do not provide legal advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content & Compliance
You are responsible for all documents, data, and content ("Content") uploaded to the Service. While our tools assist with organization, ensuring the Content itself meets legal requirements is the sole responsibility of the building association or uploader.
5. Subscription & Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Manage your billing at any time via the Account Settings page.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Florida 1021, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
